Introduction
Driven by rounding motion of vibrator, rounding vibrating screen is widely applied in quarries and mines.
Composition and structures
Round vibration screen includes screen body, screen, exciter, transmission parts etc. vibrator which
is installed on the side of body drove by the motor through the V-belt drive to rotate, centrifugal force of inertia is generated and forces the body vibrating. Side plate is made of high-quality steel plate, side plate and beams, vibrator base
is connected by high intensity bolt or ring groove rivet.
Screening machine is took seat installation. The adjustment of screen surface inclination can be achieved by adjusting the height of spring base location.
Generally motors installed on the right side of screen body, can also be installed on the left of screen body, if there is no special requirements, manufacturing
plant will supply right installation according to the motion direction of materials.
Screen is the main wearing parts. According to variety of materials and users' requirements, it can use high-manganese steel woven mesh, perforated metal sieve and rubber sieve, sieve surface has two kinds of single and double, both surfaces can meet all kinds of high screening efficiency, long service life
and no block requirements.
Structural features

and easy maintenance.
