Introduction
In production process, vibration feeder is used to feed the block, granule and powder material from the storage bin or funnel uniformly continuously or quantitatively to the material affected device. Feeding
capacity can be adjusted according to the requirement, to achieve the control of production processes and automation. It can feed materials to belt conveyor, bucket elevator, screening equipment, crusher, mill, etc., as well as for automatic batching
and quantitative packaging, and can be used to the flow of automated control and achieve the automation of production processes.
Usage
Be widely used in crushing, sieving joint device of metallurgy, coal, mineral processing, building materials, chemical, abrasive and other industries.
Operation principles
ZSW series vibration feeder consists of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator, motor
vibrating device and motor. The vibrator is made of two fixed eccentric
shafts.Shoes gears are interlocked along the mark. The two eccentric shafts
rotate drove by the motor to produce a centrifugal force and force the feeder to
vibrate. The materials will slip, sling on the chute drove by the vibration and move forward. When the materials pass the screening parts, small size materials will fall down and achieve the screening purpose.

Structure feature:structure of vibrating feeders is simple, easy to operate, without lubrication, small power consumption; you can evenly adjust the volume of the mine; therefore it has been widely used.It is generally used for loose materials. According to requirements of equipment performance, configuration should be designed to minimize the pressure of materials on the tank.Accroding to requirements of manufacturers, the effective discharging opening of storage is no larger than a quarter of slot width, the material flow speed is controlled in 6-18 m/min.To materials of larger feeding amount, hopper bottom of the nesting department should set high enough mining bar board; to not affect the performance of feeder, bar mine plate can not be fixed to the tank body. To enable silo to discharge smoothly, silo wall is better to be designed to dip 55-65 degrees.
